Due to such high volume of weddings this year, we are sorry to announce that we cannot offer pool parties/hourly rentals this summer.

  • Wedding/Large Group Package

    Wedding/Large Group package includes use of the banquet hall/dance floor, ceremonial platform, built-in sound system, catering kitchen, swimming pool, game room, *dinnerware for up to 100 guests, use of tables, chairs and chair covers (all white). Overnight accommodations for up to 22 guests in beds. We also have some extra twin mattresses that can be placed on the floor. Access to incredible views all over the estate for unforgettable wedding pictures. For an added cost, you may purchase additional overnight stays.

    -Additional round tables, chairs, cold spark machines, and other items can be rented for an additional cost.

    *Washing and putting away dinnerware is up to the client and not included in the cleaning fee

Small Overnight Package

A full 24-hour stay at the estate

Limit of 20 overnight guests

This package is not for large formal group events, and it does not include the use of the banquet hall, tables, or chairs. Large formal events for groups of 20 or more guests must book a Large Group/Wedding Package.

*A $350 cleaning fee is applied to all 24-hour small overnight packages

*A $500 cleaning fee is applied to all small overnight packages for two or more nights

*A $500 refundable security deposit is required on all small overnight packages

*This package can only be booked Tuesday through Thursday during peak season

*No pets/animals on the premises; we are not a pet-friendly venue.

Off season party package

Perfect for business retreats, sports banquets, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. Included is access to our beautiful reception hall. Tables and chairs are available for an extra fee. Also included is a large game room (billiards, ping pong, air hockey, corn hole, ladder toss, spike ball, and video games), prep/catering kitchen, bar and grill, and grill, and underground tunnels.
